Leading Lady Entrepreneurs Network, established in 2019, is a subsidiary of OBSS (PTY) LTD - a 100% female owned digital marketing services company. It was created following the ad hoc queries, one-on-one business coaching and mentoring requests from aspirant and existing business owners who needed guidance on how to start and manage their own businesses, whilst maintaining balance with the demands of life. An outreach to an even larger community of female entrepreneurs was needed.
That is where Leading Lady Entrepreneurs Network plays a pivotal role. Leading Lady Entrepreneurs Network aims to fill the gap by providing business and life style resources to help women to navigate these two areas seamlessly. We believe through cultivating positive mindsets, encouraging healthy relationships with self and others, managing finances effectively whilst growing successful businesses, will help female entrepreneurs live lives that are fulfilling whilst building thriving businesses that they are proud of and love.

Hi, my name is Louisa Masango, Founder and visionary behind O.B.S.S. and Leading Lady Entrepreneurs Network. I am a mom, daughter, sister, aunt, serial entrepreneur, business partner, qualified Project Manager and Information Science graduate with 20+ years’ experience in developing winning strategies, as well as mentoring and coaching small business owners to bring their vision to life.
Connecting the dots comes as second nature to me, and I apply this skill to provide business and digital marketing solutions and training that help entrepreneurs and small business owners to conceptualise their ideas, apply tactical approaches that align to their objectives and market their offerings effectively and professionally, online.
I am passionate about making a positive difference and do so by helping female entrepreneurs strike a balance between following their business passion and living the life they find fulfilling.
